Delete a job or photo
On iOS, swipe a job on the Jobs list and choose Delete, then confirm. On Android, open the job and choose Delete job at the bottom. For an individual photo, open the job and choose Delete photo (touch and hold the photo on iOS), then confirm. The photo’s annotations and pairs using it are removed too. Unpairing by itself keeps both photos.
Delete everything in the app
Open Settings → Delete All Local Data, then confirm. This removes local jobs, photos, annotations and business settings. It does not cancel or erase the Remove Ads purchase. Use Restore purchases with the purchasing Apple Account on iOS or Google Account on Android to check that store’s entitlement. Advertising privacy choices are separate; use Settings → Privacy choices when available. Removing the app also removes its local container, subject to operating-system behaviour. Android app data is excluded from automatic backup and device transfer.
Delete backups and reports
Use Files or the service where you saved a .jobphotos backup or PDF to delete it. Check Recently Deleted, cloud storage and device backup settings as appropriate. Original-image backups may include embedded metadata. Job Photos cannot erase these external copies or control their retention.
Previously shared copies
Ask recipients or destination services to delete copies you shared. Deleting a job cannot recall an email attachment, a saved PDF, a downloaded backup or a recipient’s copy.
Advertising, purchase or website information
Deleting local jobs does not erase information held independently by Apple, Google or the website host. Consult their privacy controls and notices, or contact us for help identifying the relevant service. Contact opens rsw.io and its policies apply.
